摘　　要：通过分析放火嫌疑案件类型与特点,提出放火嫌疑案件火灾调查与刑事侦查工作的主要内容,阐述了放火嫌疑案件火灾调查与刑事侦查的区别,以及消防、刑侦两部门相互配合的作用。By analyzing the types and characteristics of suspected arson case, main tasks in fire and criminal investigations in suspected arson case have been put forward. The differences between fire and criminal investigations and the importance of the cooperation between the fire department and criminal investigation department have been discussed.
