摘  要:利用杂交转育,将抗虫转Bt基因导入洞A型抗病两用系抗A2中,培育出转基因抗虫两用系抗A3。抗A3高抗红铃虫,接近高抗棉铃虫。对不同类型(抗虫×抗虫、抗虫×非抗虫、非抗虫×抗虫)的核不育杂交组合的抗虫性、生育期、纤维品质和产量等性状进行比较,结果表明抗虫两用系与优质恢复系配制的杂交组合品质较好,其杂交F1代的平均增产率在所有类型的杂交组合中最高。利用抗A3为母本,优质丰产品系ZR5为父本培育出转基因抗虫杂交种川杂棉15,该品种高抗红铃虫、高抗棉铃虫,皮棉产量及纤维品质优势突出。The new Genetic-male-sterility(GMS) AB line Kang A3 with Bt transgenic resistance to worm had been bred by transfering Bt transgenic to GMS AB line KangA2 with resistance to wilt.Kang A3 had obvious characteristics of high resistance to pink worm and nearly high resistance to bollworm.We compared different type hybrid combinations,including resistance-worm(R)×resistance-worm(R),resistance-worm(R)×disresistance-worm(DR),disresistance-worm(DR)×resistance-worm(R),about fiber quality,resistant worm,yield and so on.The result showed that the fiber quality of R×DR hybrid combinations was better,and the average yield of hybrid-seed F1 was the highest in all kinds of hybrid combinations.Chuan hybrid cotton 15 was bred by using the two-lines with resistance to worm as female parent and the varieties with high fibrous quality as male parent.chuan hybrid cotton 15 with transgentic resistance to worm had high resistance to pink worm and high resistance to bollworm.
