摘 要:通过调查分析广西柑桔主产区62个0~30 cm耕作层土壤样品、31个土壤剖面的93个土壤样品、59个柑桔叶片样品和53个侧根样品,探讨了柑桔园土壤、植株叶片及侧根的铜含量现状及其之间的关系。结果表明,果园耕作层土壤有效铜含量、柑桔叶片及侧根的铜含量随园龄的增长而增加,其中土壤有效铜含量达高量以上占74.2%,而叶片铜含量为低量水平仅占13.6%;在土壤剖面中,土壤有效铜含量随土壤剖面的加深而减少,而全铜则A、C层含量较高,B层含量较低。柑桔园耕作层土壤有效铜、柑桔叶片及侧根铜的含量之间存在显著或极显著正相关关系。In order to investigate the status of copper content in soil,citrus leaves and branch roots,and explore the correlation among the copper contents of them,62 soil samples of cultivation layer(0-30 cm),93 soil samples of 31 soil profiles,59 citrus leaf samples and 53 citrus root samples taken from main citrus producing areas of Guangxi were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the contents of available copper in cultivation layer soil,total copper in the citrus leaves and branch roots increased with the increase of the orchard age.The high range rate of the content of the available copper in cultivation layer soil was 74.2 %,while the low level rate of the total copper in citrus leaf was 13.6 %.Moreover,the available copper content in soil profile decreased with increase in the soil profile,while the total copper contents in layer A and C were higher than that in layer B.The results also indicated the significant positive correlations existed among the contents of available copper in cultivation layer soil,the content of copper in the citrus leaf and the content of copper in the citrus branch root.
