光秃爱沙木茎和叶片形态解剖结构与抗旱特性研究

摘　　要：为探讨光秃爱沙木(Eremophila glabra)适应干旱的机理,本文对其叶片、叶柄、茎制作石蜡切片,对其相关部位从形态和解剖结构上进行观察和分析。结果表明,光秃爱沙木的解剖结构具有一些典型的耐旱植物特征,如具有表皮毛、腺毛、叶片厚、栅栏组织发达等。In order to discuss the drought-resistant mechanism of Eremophila glabra in morphology and anatomical,the comparative observation and analysis of morphology and anatomical structure of leave,petiole and stem of Eremophila glabra were demonstrated by the method of slices of parafin wax in this paper.The results showed that Eremophila glabra had some typical feature of drought tolerant plants,for example,epidermal hair,glandular hair,thick leaf,developed palisade parenchyma and so on.
