摘 要:利用5个含有不同单显性抗番茄晚疫病基因的番茄材料Ts19、Ts33、W.Va700、L3708和LA1033为鉴别寄主,对成都市4个番茄主栽区采集分离的18个菌株进行生理小种鉴定。结果鉴定出6个小种,即生理小种T1、T1,2、T1,3、T1,4、T1,3,4和T1,2,3,4,其中T1小种6个菌株,占测试量的33.3%为优势小种,同时测出1个使所有鉴别寄主都感病的T1,2,3,4小种。表明成都番茄晚疫病菌组成比较复杂。试验还测试了6个番茄品种的抗性,结果为都不抗番茄晚疫病。In the tissue,18 isolates of Phytophthora infestans on tomato from 4 counties in Chengdu were identified by using five differential tomato lines containing different resistance genes,which were Ts19, Ts33,W.Va700,L3708 and LA1033.The result indicated that 6 different physiological races were identified.They were T1;T1,2;T1,3;T1,4;T1,3,4 and T1,2,3,4.The race T1 accounted for 33.3 % of all tested isolates.The race T1,2,3,4 infected five differential hosts.Six tomato varieties were tested for the resistance to this disease.They had not high resistant to tomato late blight.
