摘  要:在微波辐射下,用乙醇作溶剂,以邻苯二胺和对羟基苯甲醛为原料,合成了对1-羟基苄基-2-对羟基苯基苯并咪唑.利用正交法优化微波促进该反应的工艺条件,优化工艺参数,选n(对羟基苯甲醛):n(邻苯二胺)为2.3∶1.0,微波辐射温度为78℃,微波辐射时间为60min,产率达69.7%.用IR、1HNMR和13CNMR对产物进行了表征.1 - (p-hydroxybenzyl) -2- (p-hydroxyphenzyl) -benzimidazole was synthesized by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with p-hydroxybenaldehyde. The reaction was accelerated by microwave irradiation with ethyl alcohol as solvent. The method of orthogonal experiment optimized synthesis factors which affect the reaction. The reaction parameters are n (p-hydroxybenaldehyde): n (o-phenylenediamine) = 2.3: 1.0, and the temperature of microwave irradiation 78℃ , the time of microwave irradiation 60rain. The highest yield of the title compound was 69.7%. The samples synthesized were characterized by melting point determination, IR spectrogram, ^1HNMR spectra and ^13 CNMR spectra.
