力肽组合营养注射液在胸外科的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨力肽组合营养注射液在胸外科的临床应用价值。方法选择一组10例因不同胸科疾病伴严重营养不良，对常规应用不舍力肽营养注射液治疗未能获得明显疗效或有特殊限制要求需控制补液量，葡萄糖摄入的患者作观察对象，采用自行制定的力肽组合营养注射液进行治疗5天，测量观察用药前后体重，总胆红素（TBIL）、谷氨酸转移酶（ALT）、肌酐（CREA）、血糖（GLU）的变化。所得数据作统计学处理。结果全部患者治疗后，体重增加，统计学检验结果显示有显著性差异，（P〈0．05）而总胆红素（TBIL），谷氨酸转移酶（ALT），肌酐（CREA），血糖（GLU）的变化统计学检验结果显示差异无显著性。（P〉0．05）。结论应用力肽组合营养注射液治疗对改善营养不良有良好的疗效，应用在胸外科的营养支持方面具有突出的优势。Objective To investigate the treatment values of Dipeptiven comound nutrition injection in the chest surgical patients. Methods ten patients were treated with Dipeptiven comound nutrition injection for 5 days. These patients suffered from diffrent chest diseases with malnutrition and had no good effects to use the other comound nutrition injection. The pretreatment and posttreatment data of bodyweight, TBIL, ALT, CREA, GLU were investigated and analysed. Results The bodyweight of All patients were added in posttreatment dramatically.（P〈0. 05） But TBIL, ALT, CREA, GLU have not changed remarkably （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Using Dipeptiven comound nutrition injection in the chest surgical patients can improve malnutrition and have good treatment effects.
