摘 要:曲柄滑块机构是一种工程上广泛应用的传动机构,但其运动学性能分析比较困难。笔者借助MSGC软件对机构进行动态仿真,分析各种参数的影响。结果表明,随偏距或曲柄长度的增加,机构的急回特性加大,滑块的负加速度及连杆的正角加速度明显增加。而连杆长度对机构运动特性的影响相反。MSGC软件大大降低分析的难度,提高分析效率及准确性。Crank - slider mechanism is one transmission mechanism that has been widely used in engineering. However, its kinematic analysis is difficult. The dynamic simulation of the mechanism can be carried out conveniently by using MSGC, and the influence of various parameters is analyzed in this paper. It is showed that as the length of setover and crank increase, the characteristic of rapid - return of mechanism, slider's positive acceleration and link's negative angle acceleration increase evidently. Whereas the influence of the length of link on the kinematic characteristic of mechanism is contrary. The difficulty of analysis can reduce consumedly by using MSGC, and the efficiency and veracity of analysis can be elevated.
