摘　　要：目的探讨无张力阴道吊带(TVT)术治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的较佳护理。方法17例女性SUI患者接受TVT,术前充分准备,术中密切配合术者。结果17例均手术顺利,术后恢复好,效果满意。结论TVT治疗SUI安全有效,良好的术前准备及术中护理是本手术的较佳方法。Objective To explore the surgical nursing care of tension free vaginal tape（TVT） procedure in females with stress urinary incontinence（SUI）. Methods Full preoperative preparation and well cooperation with the surgeon in the operation were performed to TVT procedure in 17 females with SUI. Results All the operation was successful. The patients recovered well and the effect was satisfactory. Conclusions TVT procedure was safe and effective for female SUI. A well preparation and operative nursing care was very helpful to TVT procedure.
