糖尿病高渗性昏迷的抢救及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病高渗性昏迷的抢救及护理措施。方法对20例糖尿病高渗性昏迷的患者进行及时正确的补液、使用小剂量胰岛素降血糖、纠正电解质失衡,并配合胃肠道补液、严密监测病情、预防感染等护理措施。结果20例糖尿病高渗性昏迷患者治愈14例、好转2例、1例24h内自动出院、死亡3例。结论抢救糖尿病高渗性昏迷的患者,早期及时正确的补液与应用胰岛素是成功的关键,而全面、细微、精心的护理是成功的有效保证。Objective To explore the first aid and nursing intervention of diabetic hyperosmolar coma. Methods Timely and correct fluid replacement, low-dose insulin ,correction of electrolyte disturbance and infection prevention were performed in 20 patients with diabetic hyperosmolar coma, and patients＇condition was observed intensively. Results 14 cases were cured,2 improved, 1 discharged against medical advice within 24 hours,3 died. Conclusions Timely and correct fluid replacement and using of low-dose insulin are important for patients with diabetic hyperosmolar coma, careful nursing intervention ensures successful treatment.
