摘  要:用N+离子束注入玉米H65和H14D种子,研究其M1代的细胞学效应,并以γ射线辐照作比较。结果表明,离子注入不仅能够诱发M1代根尖细胞核畸变和染色体畸变,而且还能够诱发染色体出现多种变异类型;其畸变频率随离子注入剂量的增加而增大,注入剂量与畸变频率呈正相关。此外,离子注入对根尖细胞的有丝分裂还具有明显地抑制作用,注入剂量与细胞分裂指数呈负相关。离子注入引起的细胞学效应与γ射线基本相似,但在诱发细胞变异频率及核畸变和染色体畸变类型上存在差异。两个供试品系对N+离子的敏感性为H14D>H65。N+离子注入玉米宜采用的适宜剂量范围为2×10^(16)~8×10^(16)N+/cm2。N^+ion beam being injected into maize seeds H65 and H14D is used to make research on the etfect of cytology of its M1, compared with γ-rays radiation. Results show that ion injection not only can make nucleus of root tip cells of M1 distorted as well as its Chromosome distorted, but also induce chromosome mutated with various types, the rate of aberration going with ion injection dose increasing and the total rate of cell aberration is proportional to its injection dose. Moreover, ion injection makes inhibited effect on mitosis of root tip cell obviously, its ion injection dose negatively proportional to cell mitosis index. The cytology effect of ion injection is basically similar with γ-rays but they also have some differences on their induced rate of cell aberration and types of chromosome aberration. The sensitivities to N^+ ion of those two experimented materials are in order of H14D〉H65. The appropriate range of N^+ ion injection dose should be between 2×10^16N^+/cm^2 and 8^16N^+/cm^2.
