摘　　要：详细介绍了我国、新西兰、美国、欧共体和日本规范中的抗震设防目标和抗震性能要求,比较和分析了各国在此方面的一致性和差异性,对提高我国的抗震设计能力具有一定的借鉴意义。The aseismic fortification objects and aseismatic capability were introduced detailedly in New Zealand,USA . European Communities. Japan and China. The paper has compared and analyzed the accord and the different of the aseismic fortification objects and aseismatic capability in many counties. To promoted my home aseismic design capability is value for reference.
