摘　　要：本文运用Halliday的系统功能语法理论，结合Kress和Leeuwen多模态话语的社会符号学分析，对Emmett Williams的诗歌“She Loves me not”进行了多模式话语分析。研究重点：1）概念功能中的及物性心理过程，2）人际功能中的人称代词，3）语篇功能中的主位结构、主位推进模式。研究表明：这首诗的印刷排版，文字和非文字多模式在表达诗的主题，反映内心情感、人际关系，以及作者态度与评价等方面均有特殊的含义。This paper makes a tentative study of Emmett Williams＇ poem＂She loves me not＂by multimodal discourse analysis,which is developed from the theoretical framework of Halliday＇s functional linguistics.The paper focuses on the mental process,personal deixis,thematic structure and thematic progression presented in the poem and analyzes how the poem successfully reflects the theme, the emotion,the interpersonal relationship and the author＇s attitude and appraisal from the linguistic and typographical aspects.
