摘  要:以丙烯酸、苯乙烯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯为单体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过共聚反应在片状铝粉表面包覆一层致密的带有苯环和羧基的共聚物膜,并对共聚条件反应温度和时间对包覆Al粉耐碱性能的影响进行系统研究。实验结果表明:共聚包覆后的铝粉耐碱性能有较明显的改善,析氢实验中析氢量随包覆时间的延长和反应温度的升高而减少。在80℃反应4 h的包覆样品的耐碱性能较好,光泽度指标也较好。The flaky aluminum powder coated with a polymer membrane was investigated through copolymerization, which used acrylic acid, styrene and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate as monomers and 2, 2'-Azo-bis-isobutyronitrile as initiator. The effect of the condition of copolymerization reaction, including the reaction temperature and reaction time on the aekali resistance of the coated abuminum powder was also systemic considered. The result shows that: the alkali resistance of aluminum powder was developed obviously after coating; the H2 generation volume decreased with prolongation of reaction time and increasing of temperature; the sample coated 4 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃ has well alkali resistance and glossiness.
