摘　　要：介绍了6 Sigma管理法的基本理念,探讨了连续特性和离散特性Sigma值与DPMO值的计算方法,讨论了长短期Sigma值的相互关系,给出了长期DPMO值与短期Sigma值的换算步骤。In this paper, basic conceptions of Six Sigma management are introduced, methods by which we can calculate Sigma value and DPMO value of continuous and discrete stochastic process variables are discussed, relationship of long-term and short-term Sigma values is represented and conversion between long-term DPMO value and short-term Sigma value is given.
