摘　　要：通过对我国现阶段发电集团公司的组织结构和区域市场现状的分析,讨论了集团公司、区域公司和电厂在区域电力市场协调竞价机制中的地位与作用,并以集团、电厂两级协调竞价体系为研究对象,进一步阐述了该协调竞价机制的基本流程、利益平衡机制及基本的竞价策略。Based on the analysis of the organizational structure of power generation groups and the situation of regional electricity markets in China, the position and roles of the group, the regional company, and the power plant in the coordinated bidding mechanism of regional electricity markets are discussed. With the two-level （ the group and the power plant） coordinated bidding system as the study object, the basic process, the benefit balancing mechanism, and the basic bidding strategy of the coordinated bidding mechanism are illuminated.
