摘　　要：研制了应用于软开关逆变焊接电源的中频变压器。首先根据软开关逆变的技术参数要求提出了中频变压器的技术参数要求。其次根据中频变压器的技术参数要求设计,选择了变压器的磁芯、匝数、变比、导线线径。最后绕制了变压器,应用于自制软开关逆变电源,测试该变压器的性能。实验证明该变压器能够满足软开关逆变电源的技术要求。An intermediate-frequency transformer applied to soft switch inverter welding electrical source is developed. Firstly,according to the technical parameter of soft switch inverter welding power,we suggest the demand of the technical parameter about the intermediate-frequency transformer. Secondly,magnetic core,number of turns,transformation ratio,and linear diameter of conducting wire is designed and selected for the intermediate-frequency transformer according to the demand. Finally,the intermediate-frequency transformer is made,and the capability of the transformer is tested. Experiments show that the intermediate-frequency transformer can meet the demand of the technical parameter about the soft switch inverter welding power.
