社会体育人才培养的反思

摘　　要：将社会体育概念外延界定在群众性体育领域是社会体育人才培养存在困境的根本原因,而《专业目录》中对社会体育专业培养目标的规定又过于笼统,失去了政策性文件的指导性作用。认为社会体育专业的核心专业方向是体育产业经营管理和健身技能指导,各校的培养目标定位应在核心专业方向的基础上各具特色。Deflnition of the concept of social sports as mass sport is the cause which makes“training target” lose. The core specialized direction of social sports should be the sports fields management and skills instruction. The training target positioning of each school is that should determine their own characteristics based on the core specialized direction.
