我国沙滩排球竞技水平发展的制约因素分析——关于第10届全国运动会沙滩排球参赛运动员、教练员的调查

摘　　要：沙滩排球与室内排球虽然技术动作的表现形式相似,但两者在技战术运用上的不同决定了它们之间存在很大的差异。我国沙滩排球运动员主要来源于室内排球,这对沙滩排球竞技水平的发展产生一定的利弊影响。论文在分析我国2005年沙滩排球运动员注册资料的基础上,对参加"十运会"沙滩排球决赛阶段的全体运动员和教练员进行了专项调查,认为:运动员选材层面的局限、运动员区域流动的不畅、训练年限及对沙滩排球制胜规律认识的不足和缺乏基础阶段的专项训练等因素成为制约我国沙滩排球竞技水平发展的重要原因,从而提出沙滩排球运动员后备人才培养的多渠道体系模式。It is similar in form of technique action between volleyball and beach volleyball, but it is very different in application of technique and tactic, which leads to more differences between them. In China beach volleyball players mainly come from volleyball ones, which leads to some effects on the competitive level of beach volleyball. This paper, based on analyzing beach volleyball players＇ registered data of China in 2005, is concerning with special investigation on all beach volleyball players and coaches of 10th National Sports Games, shows that the limited talent selection, the lack of players＇ regional flow, training time, knowing little on winning nile of beach volleyball and the lack of special training of basic stage, which are the important factors that affect the development of competitive level of beach volleyball in China. So this paper put forward that the mode and system of cultivation of reserve talent of beach volleyball are need to establish through various channels.
