摘　　要：通过设计特异性的引物,采用SYBR Green I实时荧光PCR,经引物的优化筛选、特异性和重现性试验,以及模拟污染样品检验,建立了食品中阪崎肠杆菌的快速检测和鉴定方法。In this study, we established a quick detection and identification method of Enterobacter sakazakii in food based on the SYBR Green Ⅰ real - time fluorescence PCR. In the PCR, the primers were screened and optimized, and specificity and reproducibility of the method were confirmed. This method was examined by detection of artificially polluted food samples.
