摘　　要：对电话会议进行了归纳分类。讨论了一种全双工预约会议。该会议采用FPGA对多方数字话音迭加分配,打破传统桥分器式系统对接口平衡阻抗的苛刻要求,彻底消除会议回声,避免会场声音振鸣(啸叫)。介绍了基于电路交换的电话会议工作原理,给出该会议的具体实现方法,并且举例说明具体操作步骤。　The conference call is summarized and classified at first,then a full duplex conference by booking is discussed.For the conference call,FPGA is adopted to overlap and allocate digital voices signals from multi-participants.This method avoids strict requirements to interface balance impedance by traditional bridge distributor,the echo is completely cancelled,and the self-whistle in conference room is avoided.Finally operation theory of conference call based on circuit switching is introduced,the concrete implementation method for conference call is given,and the detailed operation procedures are illustrated by an example.
