摘　　要：通过选择适宜的展开剂和显色剂等,建立了一种定性鉴别甜叶菊糖苷中甜菊糖甙(Stevioside,St)和莱包迪甙(Rebaudioside A,RA)两种主要成分的实验方法,此法不仅灵敏度高而且简单易行,可作为甜叶菊糖苷测定的常规手段。Stevia rebaudiana sugar glucoside includes two kinds of principal constituents Stevioside （St） and Rebaudioside A （Ra）, and this experiment was to select suitable launches and developer to set an experimental technique in distincting the two ingredients. This technique is easy and feasible with the determination stevia rebaudiana sugar glucoside component, and might by used for the stevia rebaudiana sugar glucoside determination as the conventional method.
