摘 要:目的:探讨急、慢性缺氧对大鼠软脑膜微循环白细胞流变性的影响。方法:低压氧舱模拟大鼠急、慢性缺氧模型,开放式颅骨窗、活体显微镜观察和图像处理系统分析其白细胞的流变性。结果:急性缺氧大鼠白细胞沿血管壁滚动个数明显增多(P<0.05),与血管壁发生粘附数目显著增加(P<0.05),白细胞-内皮细胞接触时间(TLECT)明显延长(P<0.05);慢性缺氧大鼠白细胞粘附数目减少和TLECT缩短比较明显。结论:急性缺氧使白细胞流变性显著改变,可能是导致缺氧血管内皮细胞损伤的重要机制;慢性缺氧可使白细胞流变性一定程度恢复,对研究习服适应可能有重要意义。Objective: To investigate the effects of acute hypoxia and chronic hypoxia on the rheologic properties of leukocytes in pia mater microcirculation of rats.Method: Hypobaric chamber was used to simulate high altitude condition to reproduce animal hypoxic model, opening cranial window method, intravital microscopy and image analysis system were used to determine the rheologic properties of leukocytes in vivo. Results: The number of adhesive leukocytes and rolling leukocytes in venules were significantly increased(P<0.05) in acute hypoxic condition, and total leukocyte endothelial contact time (TLECT) was evidently extended (P<0.05).During chronic hypoxic condition, the number of adhesive leukocytes decreased and TLECT shortened at a certain extent. Conclusion: Acute hypoxia had a strong impact on the rheology of leukocytes and this may be the important mechanism of endothelium damage revoke by acute hypoxia.Chronic hypoxia ameliorated the rheologic properties of leukocytes in rats and this may facilitate rat acclimatization.
