内弧套批量生产的加工工艺及工装设计

摘　　要：讨论了在普通车床上批量生产一种内孔中心线为圆弧型的长圆柱套筒的加工工艺及专用工装的结构设计;它采用工件固定、刀具回转的方式;双支承的镗杆一端安装在主轴上,另一端由尾架的顶尖顶紧,固定在纵向溜板上的工件在作轴向进给的同时还沿靠模做径向移动,从而加工出轴线为弧形的内圆孔。使用结果表明,该工艺及其装备具有操作简便、生产率高、低成本、高精度的特点。Discussed a machining process and designing special process controller for the cylinder water jacket whose axis is a arc with the lathe. We make the work-piece be fixed and the tool be rotary, and one end of the boring bar with two supports is mounted to the driving shaft, the other end is pushed by the centre of tail stock, and the work-piece fixed on vertical slipper has a feed along the shaft, and as same time, it has a radial movement along the copying. Thus get an inner hole whose axis is a arc. Result of using indicate： this machining process and it＇s special process controller have features of easy operating, high productivity, low cost, high precision.
