摘  要:骨形态构建蛋白(BMPs)控制着细胞的分裂、增殖。BMP-4在胚胎鼠肺发育过程中必不可少。在早期支气管形态构建过程中,可以观察到BMP-4动态的表达。BMP家族其他成员的临床意义显著,提示我们BMP-4对于成年鼠肺损伤保护作用值得深入的研究探索。Members of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β family play central roles in controlling cellular proliferation, differentiation and survival. TGF-β family is divided into three subgroups, among which bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) constitutes the largest subfamily. BMP-4, one of BMPs, is involved in embryonic mouse lung development. During early process of bronchia morphogenesis, dynamic expression of BMP-4 occurs. Even though BMP-4 is involved in lung development, its protective role during lung injury in adult mouse has not been investigated so far.
