摘　　要：利用一浴练染剂LR对织物的强渗透、溶胀作用,并藉染浴中的碱剂,对棉针织物一浴练染,大部分色泽可以达到生产要求,适宜加工易产生折痕的布种,加工后受损程度小,该工艺节能、高效。One-batch scouring and dyeing process of cotton knits was undergone with the help of strong penetration and swelling action of RF agent, as well as conventional caustic soda . Practical application proves that, the single bath scouring and dyeing process is adequately for a majority of shades. Especially for some fabrics easily forming crease, this process is the best one. This process is environmental friendly, energy-saving and high efficiency.
