摘  要:合成了一种含羟基的全氟共聚物FC-1,将其作为添加剂加入到FEVE型氟树脂中制备的低表面能涂层具有优异的疏水性能,涂层与纯水接触角最高达128°。利用自制压差流阻测试装置研究了各类管道内壁涂层如环氧树脂涂层、环氧沥青涂层、低表面能涂层的减阻效果,对比讨论分析了低表面能涂层的减阻机理。结果显示,本低表面能树脂涂层减阻率达到21.7%,相对于前两者减阻效果有较大提高。A longer fluorocarbon chain copol-ymer FC -1 with hydroxyl group was synthesized, and it was added into FEVE fluorocarbon coating as an additive. The results showed that the film had good hydrophobic performance. The contact angle was approaches to 128 degree. At the same time, a test device was done by pressure difference drag reduction testing. The drag reduction properties of epoxy resin, epoxy asphalt , and low surface energy interior pipe coating were studied by the device. Also the drag-reduction mechanism of different coatings was analyzed.
