化学镀法制备Co-B包覆羰基铁复合粉体工艺研究

摘　　要：以硫酸钴为主盐,酒石酸钠为配位剂,硼氢化钠为还原剂,采用改进的逐步滴加还原剂的方式控制反应进程,用化学镀法制备了Co-B合金包覆羰基铁颗粒的复合粉体。用正交设计方法确定了镀液组成和工艺参数:18g/LCoSO4.7H2O,60g/L酒石酸钠,1g/LNaBH4,铁粉装载量2g/L,温度75℃,pH值>13,并进一步讨论了各因素对镀速的影响,对镀覆后的复合粉体的结构、成分进行了表征。结果表明,通过优化镀覆工艺,可以获得包覆均匀的复合粒子。Carbonyl iron powders (CIP) coated with Co-B alloy have obtained by improved electro-less plating, the reaction rate can be controlled, by using CoSO4 ·7H2O as complex ions, NaBH4 as reducing agent, and Na2V4H4O6·2H2O as chelating agent. The relations among gold complex ions, reducing agent, chelating agent, pH value, temperature, and plating rate were analyzed by orthonogal test. The empirical optimal conditions were obtained. Additionally, the surface morphology of the synthesized particles before and after plating was examined using scanning electron microscope.
