摘　　要：目的探讨性生活戒断后出现的一组类似前列腺炎及阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)综合征。方法对32例既往性生活正常的健康男性,排除器质性ED。性生活戒断半年以上出现的戒断综合症。给予手淫排精,定期前列腺按摩、物理治疗及性感集中训练等综合治疗。结果28例前列腺炎症状消失,性功能恢复,4例好转。结论采取综合治疗前列腺炎,恢复规律的性生活,性功能戒断综合症是可逆的,是可以完全康复的。[Objective] To make a investigation of a series of syndrome like prostatitis and penile erection dysfunction after withdrawal of sexual life. [Methods] 32 cases of patients appearing sexual function withdrawal syndrome after withdrawal of sexual life half a year later with normal sexual life before were given self-abuse spermiation, regular prostatic massage, physical therapy and sex sensation concentration training who were excluded of organic ED. [Results] 28 cases had sexual functional recovery and elimination of prostatitis syndrome. [Conclusion] With combined therapy to treat prostatitis and recover the patients＇ sexual life, sexual function withdrawal syndrome is reversible and can be cured.
