摘　　要：目的研究蚯蚓脱氧核糖核酸酶(DNase)的测定方法。方法应用干琼脂糖薄膜覆盖法(DAFO)检测蚯蚓DNase。结果DAFO用于蚯蚓DNase的种类、数量的确定,新DNase类的筛选以及DNase活性的测定。结论DAFO是研究脱氧核糖核酸酶的一种重要方法。为蚯蚓DNase及其他DNase的测定提供了可行的实验方法。Objective To describe a new approach for study of DNase in extracts from earthworm. Methods Dried agarose film overlay method （DAFO） was used to determine DNase activity. Results DAFO provides a useful tool for the definition of kinds and quantity of DNase and the determination of their activities and the selection of novel DNases. Conclusion DAFO is an important method for studing DNase and can provide a feasible way for the determination of DNases in extracts from earthworm and other DNases.
