摘　　要：利用桌面地理信息系统MapInfo 7.0作为开发平台,MapBasic作为主要开发工具实现排水网管系统。建立了空间数据库和属性数据库并在此基础上实现查询、管理、编辑等功能,并可提供直观生动的报表输出、图形显示及帮助功能。With geographical information system（GIS） MapInfo 7.0 platform and MapBasic programming language,a Mapinfo-based drainpipe networks management information system has been developed,in which the space database and attribute database are created.Based on them such functions as inquiry,management,edition etc.can be realized.With the system graph can be demonstrated and report form can be output as well,in addition a help function is also provided.
