摘　　要：针对目前突发公共卫生事件信息系统存在的风险和脆弱性进行了较为详细的分析,提出了相应的系统的应对措施,包括加强安全意识、建立信息安全团队、构建完整的安全防护体系、引入综合的网络管理机制、建立故障等级和科学的处理流程。The article deeply described the risk and frangibility of the information systems of Public Health Emergency.It also proposed some related measures in order to deal with the problems,including strengthening the safety consciousness,establishing the information systern group,setting up the integrated security systems,be taking the intergrated network of administrative management and setting up fault level and rational treatment process.
