摘　　要：阐述了依托数字化平台,结合卫生经济管理特点,通过不断摸索、实践、总结和完善,逐步形成了一套切实可行的数字化医院卫生经济管理模式,其主要内容为:患者就医付费与评价"一卡通"、物力资源管控"可视化"、成本核算控制"精细化"、绩效考核评价"数字化"、经营决策分析"智能化"、卫生经济管理"一体化"。实践证明,该模式理论依据充分,内涵丰富明晰,结构层次清楚,流程科学合理,管理规范有效,运行稳定可靠,大大提高了医院经营决策能力和经济管控效能。From hthe studding and analyzing the feature of the hygiene economy,a mode on hospital economic management has been developed .This mode is based on digital information platform and inved in patient medication,evaluation and billing ,pharmacy and material control,hospital and department business accounting,performance management and evaluation,hospital economy analyzing,decision making and management.With the valid theoretical basis ,abundant content ,scientific workflow,efficient management and stable system,the mode increase the capabilities of management ,decision making and control on hospital rumming and busingess.
