摘　　要：在医疗市场竞争下加强医疗质量的管理和控制,最大限度地满足患者的需求,已成为医院改革发展中的焦点问题。通过对知识管理的研究,探索其在医院业务中运用的条件、模式选择及策略分析,以达到提高医院医疗质量的目的。It has been the tocus issue to strengthen the management and control ot medical quality, satisty the needs of patients, in the innovation and development of hospital.Based On knowledge management, to explore the running conditions, mode selection and strategy analysis, onthe purpose Of increasing the medical quality.
