摘　　要：描述了南京市江宁区农村居民的医疗需求与利用的现况,并通过对居民医疗服务利用影响因素的分析,明确目前存在的主要健康问题和制约居民有效利用医疗服务的主要因素,为决策部门制定政策和措施提供现实依据和方向,提高卫生服务的可及性和公平性,以便更好地满足农村居民的健康需求,提高人民的健康水平。This thesis gives a full description of the state-quo of the utilization and requirement of medical service among rural residents in Jiangning district of Nanjing. Analyzing the causes that affect the usage of residents＇ medical service, the main health related problems existed for the moment are known, and so are the main elements which are confining the efficiency of taking advantage of the medical service, which supplies the strategy department with a realistic ground and direction to constitute policies and take actions. In that case, the possibility and justice of enhancing the medical service quality can be assured so as to meet the demands for health among rural people and to boost the health level of people.
