摘　　要：共聚焦激光显微内镜,可以在进行内镜检查的同时进行粘膜的共聚焦显微观察。它提供胃肠道上皮高度放大的横切面的图像,这种高度放大的图像可以使内镜医师在内镜检查时做出即时的病理诊断,而不需活检和组织病理学检查。本文对共聚焦显微内镜的结构、原理、临床应用及展望进行了综述。Confocal laser endomicroscopy can carry out the confocal microscopic examination of mucosal layer during ongoing endoscopy, which can produce high-magnification cross-sectional images of gastrointestinal epithelium, The images may allow the endoscopist to makes a real-time diagnosis without biopsy and histopathology. This article reviews the structure , principle, clinical applications and prospect of the confocal laser endomicroscopy.
