摘　　要：为生产抗菌针织混纺纱,针对抗菌涤纶纤维的特性,通过选择适当的工艺流程与工艺参数,并在生产过程中采取适当措施加强质量控制,开发生产了抗菌精梳棉涤针织纱。指出其技术要点为加强混和作用,提高梳理质量,优化牵伸工艺。To produce anti-bacferial knitting blended yarn, anti-bacferial combed cotton polyester knitting yarn was developed through choosing reasonable processing circulation and processing parameters and relative measures to enhance quality control according to speciality of anti-bacferial polyester fiber. The test shows that the technology points is strengthening blending effect, enhancing carding quality and optimizing draft processing.
