电针结合运动疗法对脑缺血大鼠神经功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察电针结合运动疗法对脑缺血大鼠神经功能恢复影响。方法70只SD大鼠随机分为A组(假手术组)、B组(对照组)、C组(电针组)、D组(运动训练组)和E组(电针结合运动训练组)各14只,制作大脑中动脉阻断再灌注模型。再灌注1d起C组每日接受电针治疗,D组每日给予滚笼运动训练,E组同时接受针刺治疗和运动训练,A组和B组不作任何干预,分别于再灌注1、12、21d测试神经功能。结果再灌注1d,B组、C组、D组、E组的神经功能评分相近;再灌注12、24d,C组、D组、E组神经功能总体评分均优于B组,E组神经功能评分优于C组、D组。结论电针结合运动训练能更好地促进大鼠脑缺血再灌注后的肢体神经功能恢复。Objective： To study the effect of electric acupuncture in combination with exercise training on nerve functional recovery in rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Methods： 70 male SD rats were randomly divided into a sham -operation group （A group）, control group（B group）, electric acupuncture group（C group）, exercise group （D group）, and electric acupuncture in combination with exercise training group（E group） . Each group had 14 rats. Rats were subjected to middle cerebral artery occiusion（MCAO）. After ld of reperfusion, the C group was given acupunctuer treatment daily for 24d, the D group was trained by turnning wheel daily, the E group was given both exercise training and acupuncture treatment also for 24d. A and B group were given without any treatment. Neural functions of the animals were evaluated at 1d, 12d, 24 days after infarction. Results： After 21d there was improvement in the score of neural function test and in the C, D, E group compared with the B group, it was better in the score of neural function test in the E group than that in C and D group. There was no difference between the B, C, D and E group in the scove of neural functions after ld. Condusion： The electric acupuncture in combination with exercise training group showed better function than the other three groups, the C and D group better than the B group. Electric acupuncture in conmbination with exercise can promote the recovery of the cerebral infarcted neural functions in rats.
