摘 要:现有的LED汽车尾灯没有充分利用LED的优点,致使尾灯配光设计困难,成本据高不下。现有效利用LED光源体积小、亮度高等优点,运用TracePro等仿真软件成功设计出一款新型组合式LED汽车尾灯。该尾灯完全依靠反射腔配光,结构设计简单、灵活。实际测试和实验表明,该尾灯满足汽车尾灯在造型、光学等方面的要求,是一种节能、高效的新一代汽车尾灯。The LED taillights for motor vehicles in existence don't make the best of LED's advantage ,so that the photometric design for taillights is difficult and the cost is high. This paper makes good use of the advantage of LED's small volume and high-luminance, and with the help of emulation software TracePro etc, a new composite type of LED taillights for motor vehicles is designed successfully. This type of taillights depends completely on reflector to distribute beam and the structural design is simply and flexibly. Actual test and experiment indicate that this type of taillights meets the requirements of mold and optics of the taillights for motor vehicles and is a type of energy-saving and high efficiency new generation taillights for motor vehicles.
