摘　　要：分析了高校实验仪器设备管理的现状及存在的问题,根据实验仪器设备管理系统的需求分析,用ASP.NET技术成功开发了B/S结构的高校实验仪器设备管理系统,阐述了系统的功能、结构、设计、实现及优化技术。系统运行于B/S模式网络环境,能够满足信息的共享和分布式管理的要求,采用用户、角色、权限三级控制策略,实现了用户权限的控制,保证了系统的安全性。The status and problem of the experiment apparatus management in colleges and universities are analyzed. According to the requirement analysis of the experiment apparatus management information system in colleges and universities, the experiment apparatus management information system in colleges and universities are developed based on ASP.NET. The system functions, the system structure, the system design, the system realization and the system optimization technology are described. Based on B/S model, the system is able to satisfy the request of the data share and distributed-data-management. Based on user-role-right model, the user right control is realized and the system security is ensured.
