摘　　要：随着我国改革开放的不断深化,社会主义市场经济体制的不断建立和完善,我国的社会阶层结构发生了深刻的变化。怎样构建和谐社会的社会阶层结构,是构建和谐社会的重要条件。社会阶层不和谐,全社会何以能和谐?本文重点从下列方面研讨:一、社会分层理论概述;二、我国社会阶层结构的现状及成因;三、构建和谐社会阶层结构对策思考。With the deepening of reform and the opening to the outside world, unceasing establishment and perfection of socialist market economy and economical system, great changes have taken place in our social stratum structures. How to build a social stratum structure in a harmonious society is an important condition to build a harmonious society. Without a harmonious social stratum, how can the whole society be harmonious？ The paper carries out discussion from the following respects： introduction to social stratum theory; the current states and causes of our social stratum structures and countermeasures of harmonious social stratum structures.
