摘　　要：西部作为相对落后的地区要实现跨越式发展,必须有相当的法律人才为其保驾护航。目前西部地区法律人才特殊需求问题已经成为制约西部经济社会和谐发展的"瓶颈"。本文通过对西部地区法律人才需求的现状分析,探讨了形成西部地区对法律人才特殊需求的内在原因及解决对策,以期完善西部地区法律人才政策,促进西部地区法律人才事业的发展。Western China is a relatively backward area, if we want to achieve the great-leap-forward development, there must be suitable law talents and provide protection for it, but the question of special demand to legal talents in western China has become one＂ bottleneck＂ which has restricted western harmonious development of economics and society . By analysis to special demand to legal talents in western China, This article discussed the formed intrinsic reason and the solution countermeasure about legal talents special demand in western China, It is vital to improve policy of the legal talents and promote development of the legal talents cause to western China.
