摘 要:采用高速剪切4h结合频率为100Hz的超声波超声分散30min可以将粘土均匀的分散到蒸馏水中,同时体系可以保持均匀稳定。通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TEM等的分析,可以较好的了解凹凸棒的特性与结构。同时对原矿、提纯矿、商品矿进行了比较分析,结果发现,提纯矿在性能上优于原矿和商品矿,具有较高的应用价值。Using high-speed-cut machine for 4 hours and ultrasonic at 100 Hz for 30 minutes to make the minerals symmetrical decentralization into the distillated water is a better method in purification of attapulgite clay. The minerals can be situated in a symmetrical and steady system. Analytic methods such as XRD, FF-IR, SEM and TEM were used in this work. By these ways, the typical characters and structures were well understood. The compare was also discussed among the original, purified and commercial minerals. The result shows that the purified clay has much advanced application value than the others.
