摘 要:提出了一种地质聚合物合成中偏高岭土活性的快速检测方法,用该方法测定一个样品只需4h。试验结果表明:产地相同的高岭土经不同温度活化,其活性大小不同,在800℃煅烧6h后,其活性达到最大值;产地不同的高岭土经相同温度活化,其活性大小相差很大;用该方法所测定的偏高岭土的活性Al2O3和SiO2总量的大小与其地质聚合物硬化体的抗压强度和NH4+交换容量有相关性。A fast method to determine the reactivity of metakaoline in synthesizing geopolymer was put forward. With this method, it is determined in only 4h. The experimental results show that the reactivity of calcined kaolines from the same origin is different after they are calcined at different temperatures, their reactivity reach the biggest value after the kaoline is calcined at 800~C for 6h; the reactivity of calcined kaolines from different origins are much different after they are calcined at different temperatures; the total level of the elution Al2O3 and SiO2 content in the metakaolines determined using this method is related to the compressive strengths and NH4^+ ion exchange capacity of metakaoline-based geopolymer.
