摘  要:利用聚合诱导胶体凝聚技术(PICA)制备了球形二氧化锆。以氧氯化锆为起始原料,在酸性条件下通过脲醛聚合反应制备二氧化锆树脂凝胶球,经真空干燥、700℃煅烧制备的氧化锆微球尺寸均匀,球形度好,粒径在2.6~3.0μm之间;相组成以四方、单斜氧化锆相为主;孔径分布在2~17nm中孔范围内,比表面积为32m2/g;该填料对碱性化合物有良好的分离选择性。Porous, spherical zirconia particles with a narrow particle size distribution (about 3 μm) were synthesized by the process of polymerization-induced colloid aggregation (PICA). In this process, an aqueous zireonia sol was mixed with urea and formaldehyde, which was polymerized by the acidic sol. Urea-formaldehyde polymer adsorbed onto the ZrO2 colloids, entraining the colloids in the precipitation of the polymer gel and thus allowing the colloids to aggregate. Porous zircon/a particles obtained after vacuum drying and sintering at 700℃ are 2.6-3.0μm in diameter with a surface area of 32m^2/g and pores ranging from 2nm to 17nm in diameter. Phase composition is mainly tetragonal and monoclinic. The strength of porous zirconia microspheres is strong enough to withstand the packing of a HPLC column. The materials are also suitable for separation of alkaline compounds.
