摘  要:目的优选心舒滴丸中人参提取、精制工艺条件。方法以人参皂苷Rg1、Re含量为指标,采用正交试验设计,优选人参提取工艺条件;以比吸附率、洗脱量为指标优选大孔吸附树脂精制工艺条件。结果优选提取工艺条件:体积分数为70%的乙醇6倍量,提取3次,每次1 h;精制纯化工艺条件:采用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂,以体积分数为70%的乙醇为洗脱溶剂,4倍树脂体积。结论优选工艺可较好的提取纯化人参皂苷有效成分。Objective To optimize the extraction procedure of ginenoside from Panax ginseng C for the quality control of Xinshu dripping pills, a traditional Chinese medicine. Methods By measuring the concentration of ginenoside Rgl, ginenoside Re in the fractions with HPLC,the extraction process was evaluated by orthogonal test. The purification process was evaluated by optimizing the adsorption and desorption rate of macroporous resins. Results The optimum extraction conditions as follows: 6 volume times of 70% ethanol,3 times of extraction, 1 hour of extraction time. AB-8 macroporous resin was selected, and eluant was 70% of ethanol. Conclusion The method is effective for large-scale extraction and purification of ginsenosides from Panax ginseng C.
