摘　　要：目的掌握血吸虫病疫情动态、了解血吸虫病流行规律和影响因素。方法按《全国血吸虫病监测方案》的要求,开展全省8个国家级血吸虫病监测点螺情、病情及相关因素等的调查。结果有4个监测点发现了粪检阳性者,人群校正感染率为0．24%;分别有7个点和4个点查到钉螺与感染性钉螺;有1个点查出阳性家畜,其中牛和羊的感染率分别为6．25%和2．11%。结论监测结果基本反映了江苏省血吸虫病流行较重地区的疫情。感染性钉螺分布与病人分布高度一致。在多数地区家畜已不是主要的血吸虫病传染源,但在局部疫区仍起着重要传播作用。　Objective To identify the trends of endemic situation and impact factors of schistosomiasis. Methods According to the guide of national schistosomiasis surveillance,the surveillance of the snails,schistosomiasis and other factors were carried out in 8 national surveillance sites.Results In 8 surveillance sites,4 positive cases were identified by stool examination and the adjusted infection rate of people was 0.24% and the snails were found in 7 sites including 4 sites which had positive snails and positive cattles and sheep/goats were identified by stool examination in one site,and the infection rate was 6.25% and 2.11%,respectively.Conclu- sion The results of surveillance represent the situation in the heavy endemic area in Jiangsu province,basically. The distribution of infected snails and schistosomiasis cases were highly identical.The domestic animals were mainly not infection resource,but the role of these animals still existed.
