摘　　要：目的掌握我省国家级血吸虫病疫情监测点疫情状况。方法根据《全国血吸虫病监测方案》,开展监测点病情和螺情的监测,并进行相关因素调查。结果病情监测未发现本地新感染的病人、病畜,以及输入性传染源。螺情监测查出有螺面积2260m^2,活螺平均密度0．0621只/0．11m^2,未查到感染性钉螺。结论监测点仍有残存钉螺,需进一步加强巩固监测工作。　Objective To predominate the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in the national surveillance site in Zhejiang province in 2005.Methods According to the guide of the national schistosomiasis surveillance,the morbidity of the infection,snail distribution and relevant factors were investigated.Results There were no acute or import schistosomiasis cases occurred in the surveillance site.The residual snails were found in 2 260m^2 area in the site.The mean densities of living snails were 0.0621/0.11m^2,no infected snails were found among living snails by dissection.Conclusion There were some residual snails in the surveillance site.The surveillance of schistosomiasis should be reinforced.
