摘　　要：目的掌握血吸虫病传播阻断地区的疫情动态和潜在威胁。方法按《全国血吸虫病监测方案》要求,在金山区开展了血吸虫病监测。结果在新春村仅查出3处有螺环境,对507名当地居民和12 332名流动人口的血吸虫病检测,未发现当地感染和输入性的血吸虫病病例。结论金山区血吸虫病流行的危险因素依然存在,仍需要加强本地螺情和输入性血吸虫病的监测。　Objective To uderstand the endemic situation and identify the potential risk factors in the area where schistosomiasis transmission was interrupted.Methods The surveillance site was established in Jinshan district,and the surveillance work,including snail survey and the disease examination for the peopel,was carried out according to the guide of national schistosomiasis surveillance.Results Three snail-ridden areas were found in Xinchun village,Jinshan district,no infected snail was found by the detection of 224 snails,and no infected case was found by the examination of 507 residents and 12 332 floating peopel.Condusion The risk factors of schistosomiasis were still existed in Jinshan district.It is needed to enhance the surveillance on snail and patient imported from epidemic areas.
