摘 要:采用田间试验方法研究了沼肥的不同处理对小白菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:低量沼肥处理的小白菜产量最高,单产为1364.31kg/667m2,与对照相比增幅为23%;从品质指标来看,高量沼肥处理的小白菜维生素C含量最佳,维生素C含量达35.621mg/100g,比对照增加了44.948%,与其他处理相比极显著;低量沼肥处理的小白菜可溶性糖含量最高,含量为219.307mg/kg,比对照增加24.032%;中量沼肥处理的小白菜硝酸盐含量最低,为4.63mg/kg,与对照相比降幅为52.23%。Field experiments were carried out to study the effect of different anaerobic fermentation residue treatments on the yield and the quality of Chinese cabbage. The results indicated that the yield of Chinese cabbage was enhanced remarkably by the application of anaerobic fermentation residue: The highest yield of Chinese cabbage was 1 364.31 kg/667 m^2 when the low amount of the anaerobic fermentation residue treatment was applied and it shows 23% of increment. The con, tent of Vc and soluble sugar of Chinese cabbage was enhanced obviously by the application of anaerobic fermentation residue. The highest content of Vc of Chinese cabbage was 35.621 mg/100 g when the high amount of the anaerobic fermentation residue treatment was used and it shows 44.948% of increment.. The highest content of soluble sugar of Chinese cabbage was 219.307 mg/kg when the low amount of the anaerobic fermentation residue treatment was used and it shows 24.032% of increment. Furthermore, the content of nitrate of Chinese cabbage was reduced by the application of anaerobic fermentation residue. The lowest content of nitrate of Chinese cabbage was 4.63 mg/kg when the medium amount of the anaerobic fermentation residue treatment was used and it shows 52.23% of increment. So the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage can be increased by application of the anaerobic fermentation residue.
